Four happy-go-lucky interns from Berlin meet a vivacious Italian woman, who falls in love with one of them, Michael. When the young men find out that she's the daughter of a rich manufacturer, they make plans to exploit her to get themselves good jobs. Only Michael, who is obviously in love with her as much as she is in him, suddenly pulls away and she returns back to Rome alone.
