West Berlin, 1978: A group of bored young dropouts of vastly different social backgrounds carry out a series of attacks as a form of "social justice" protest. These would-be terrorist are unaware, however, that they are being manipulated. An international computer corporation is cleverly exploiting their actions for its own purposes: to pressure the German authorities into purchasing new, investigative computers.

West-Berlin, 1978: Eine Gruppe gelangweilter junger Aussteiger aus völlig unterschiedlichen Verhältnissen verübt aus Protest eine Reihe von Anschlägen. Die Möchtegern-Terroristen ahnen jedoch nicht, dass sie manipuliert werden. Ein internationaler Computer-Konzern nutzt ihre Aktionen geschickt für seine eigenen Zwecke aus. Das Unternehmen möchte dadurch die deutschen Behörden dazu bringen, neue Fahndungscomputer anzuschaffen.
