This is the film version of an operetta by Oskar Nedbal: Krasnowola Estate, belonging to Count von Baransky, is going to ruin, because all he can think about are horses and women. Helena, the daughter of his well-situated neighbor Zaremba, takes a position as an estate manager at Krasnowola and performs excellent work after a lot of effort. A happy end.
