It's no longer safe to drive on Germany's Autobahnen. In a Germany that's miraculously recovered economically after the disaster of the Second World War, a well organized band of crooks is terrorizing anyone who looks like he may have a fat wallet. The police are clueless; the gangsters, on the other hand, have lots of brains and almost no scruples. Brutality is just one of their tools in the game. Only after a cop shoots an innocent person at a control point and one of the gang members wants out does the situation change. Upon hearing the news of the possible defection, the gang's boss wants the potentially dangerous informant rubbed out. 

Kein Autofahrer auf deutschen Autobahnen ist mehr sicher. Eine gut organisierte Bande terrorisiert im Wirtschaftswunderland jeden, der eine gute Beute zu sein scheint. Die Polizei tappt im Dunkeln. Die Gangster haben Köpfchen und sind dazu skrupellos und brutal. Erst als ein Polizist bei einer Straßenkontrolle einen Unschuldigen erschießt und ein Bandenmitglied aussteigen will, ändert sich die Situation. Der Boss der Bande will den gefährlichen Mitwisser ausschalten ...
