This DVD documents the actions of the Luftwaffe in the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) and tells the story of that conflict using period films with narration by its German producers. While fascinating and providing a rare glimpse into this conflict, the quality of this DVD leaves a lot to be desired. A kind description of the quality would be "used VHS quality". There is quite a bit of softness in the features and the look of a well-used VHS tape (which, incidentally, is where the material came from). Nonetheless, for the enthusiast of the subject, it is still a watchable and very interesting film, which shouldn't disappoint.
