The fifth part of the Mabuse series of the 1960s: The former insane asylum professor Polland has become Dr. Mabuse and threatens to spread panic, fear and chaos. And he introduces Professor Laurenz’ invention: a machine that controls other people’s will; and he takes it and the action to England. Once there, he prepares the machine to help take over the government. He robs the post office and kidnaps Princess Diana and Nancy Masteron, the daughter of the scientist, who has built a device to counter Laurenz’ invention.
