A story about a series of confusions, in which Paul Ritter, a bank employee, is unaware that the girl he's fallen in love with is the daughter of his boss.  No one bothers to tell him and he gets jealous of the boss, who seems to have a very good relationship with the girl.  But Paul ends up helping the bank in the case of some fraudulent bank customers and so there's a happy ending to all of this.

Eine Verwechslungsgeschichte, in der Paul Ritter, ein Angestellter einer Bank nicht weiß, dass das Mädchen, in das er sich verliebt hat, die Tochter seines Chefs ist. Keiner verrät es ihm, und er wird eifersüchtig auf seinen Chef, der offensichtlich ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu dem Mädchen zu haben scheint. Doch als Paul der Bank hilft, einen betrügerischen Bankkunden zu überführen, gibt es auch ein Happy End.
