While Aida is being blasted out on the stage, someone's gone and stolen a valuable fur coat from the coat check room at the opera. Turns out a girl working in the buffet decided to "borrow" the coat for a mere fifteen minutes to make her unfaithful lover jealous (does he wear fur coats, too?). Unfortunately, in her lame attempts to make Romeo jealous, more than three hours pass before the coat can be put back. Not to panic, though: in the interim, outside of giving the coat's owner a nervous breakdown, she's found a more faithful man in her life (My, the insights you can gain on a person in a mere three hours!).

Während einer "Aida"-Vorführung verschwindet aus der Garderobe der Staatsoper ein wertvoller Pelzmantel. Das Mädchen vom Buffet hat ihn für eine Viertelstunde geborgt, um seinen untreuen Verlobten eifersüchtig zu machen. Dann dauert es aber drei Stunden, bis der Pelz zurückgegeben werden kann: in der Zwischenzeit hat die junge Frau u.a. ihren Verlobten durch einen treueren ersetzt.
